1. Can I change the artwork after I order?
   Please check all spelling and layout of your art. If exact colors are required on the finished product, please provide actual Pantone color matching numbers for your needs, or check the Pantone colors we've selected above to ensure they meet your requirements.  If there is an error on our part, we will remake the product.  By approving this artwork, customer accepts full responsibility for checking and verifying the spelling, layout and colors listed, prior to approval.  Once artwork is approved, any errors or changes will be at the customer's expense to remake the products.
   The color looks different on my computer than on the actual coin.
   Please note monitors display colors differently so the visual color on your screen should not be relied on for accuracy.  We will color the final product to the numbers specified above.  
   
   
2. How many photos and videos can be on my page?
   You can have as many photos and/or videos on your memorial page as you like. The first one is included with your purchase. Each additional one is $10 and is purchased at time of checkout.
   
3. How do I send in my photos, videos, and information?
   Photos, videos and information is sent in after you receive a confirmation email. On the confirmation email, simply click Reply, and attach photos, videos, and information to it, then click Send.
   
4. How long until I can view my memorial webpage?
   It usually takes about 7 days to complete your memorial webpage. You will receive an email from us with a link when it is completed.
   
5. How long until my coin arrives?
   It takes approximately 30-45 days for delivery.
   
6. How do I scan the Vitae Coin^®?
   Once you receive your new Vitae Coin^®you will need to download the free QR Code reader available from I-Tunes or Google Play Store, to your mobile device. Test your new coin prior to installing it on the headstone or marker. Once you verify it works you are now ready to install it.
   
7. How do I adhere the Vitae Coin^®to a headstone or gravemarker?
   The kit provided with your Vitae Coin^®contains all you need to adhere the coin. At the cemetery, take the sandpaper provided and scuff the surface where the coin will be applied. Next, take the 2-part epoxy, and mix according to the directions on the package. Apply mixed epoxy to the back of the coin. Then place the coin to the surface you previously sanded.
   
8. How do I donate to a non-profit through Vitae Coins^®?
   When you order your Vitae Coin^®, select a non-profit from the list on the purchase page. A portion of your sale will help benefit veterans in need.
   
9. How do I place my order?
   a. Click on the coin of choice.
   b. Select, at an additional cost, any extra information or pictures you care to share about your friend or loved one on your web page.
   c. Click on the color and choice of coin you desire.
   d. Click of which nonprofit of your choice you select, if so desired, so a portion of your sale will help benefit our veterans in need of our help.
   e. After your purchase is complete a coin will be ordered. It takes approximately 30-45 days for delivery.
   f. During this time frame please send us the basic obituary (equivalent to one word document page) plus any additional information you may have purchased at checkout. Preferably in a word document to the email address listed at checkout.
   g. After the coin is in our possession and we receive your information we will program and upload everything to your new personalized web page regarding your friend or loved one.
   h. Your coin will then be shipped.
   i. Once you receive your new Vitae Coin^®you will need to download the free QR Code reader to your mobile device and test your new coin prior to installing it on the headstone or marker. Once you verify it works you are now ready to install it.
